Partner Plus Success Coordinator

When a school purchases a Reading Plus licence, they gain access to much more than our award-winning literacy software.

They gain the support of our Partner Plus Team. Our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making sure schools get the most out of their Reading Plus license throughout their contract with us.

As a Partner Plus Coordinator, you will help implement Reading Plus into schools, provide tailored ongoing support, training, and pedagogic advice – and be on hand during school hours to answer any questions.

We are looking to appoint a Partner Plus Success Coordinator to support teachers. Working within a small and established team, the job entails: compiling reports on pupil progress; running online (Zoom/Teams) sessions to offer advice on best practice; offering telephone support; and guidance through email.

Full training will be provided on our company’s systems and processes.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, term time only + 2 weeks in the school summer holidays.

Starting salary of £19,500 (pro rata) + discretionary bonus scheme.

Responsibilities and requirements

  • Liaising with schools and supporting with product knowledge.
  • Increasing usage of product across the client base.
  • Entering and maintaining details on multiple databases and CRM systems.
  • Dealing with client enquiries and providing telephone-based and online support.
  • Provide regular customer reports.

Employment is conditional upon Reading Solutions UK receiving a satisfactory DBS check.

Full training will be provided on our company’s systems and processes.

To ensure we can deliver a high level of service to our customers the following requirements are essential:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Experience in updating databases and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communications skills (verbally and written).
  • Experience in data handling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of screen sharing software (not required but advantageous).
